Position Overview

The Creative Director is responsible for leading the agency's creative vision, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative, and strategically driven creative work across all client accounts.

The role oversees the creative team, guides concept development, maintains design excellence, and collaborates closely with account management, PR, social media, digital, and production teams to deliver outstanding results.

Creative Leadership

  • Lead and inspire the creative team, including graphic designers, video editors, copywriters, content creators, and freelancers.
  • Develop creative concepts and campaigns that align with client objectives and brand strategies.
  • Ensure all creative output meets the highest standards of quality, originality, and effectiveness.
  • Present and defend creative concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Brand & Campaign Development

  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, advertising, events, and experiential activations.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity and messaging across all platforms.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops.
  • Translate client briefs into compelling creative solutions.

Team Management

  • Mentor, manage, and develop the creative team.
  • Conduct regular reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive creative culture.

Client Management

  • Participate in client meetings, pitches, and presentations.
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted creative advisor.
  • Understand client industries, competitors, and market trends.
  • Support business development and new business opportunities.

Content & Production Oversight

  • Oversee photo and video productions, ensuring creative excellence.
  • Review and approve all creative deliverables before client submission.
  • Ensure creative assets are optimized for digital, social, print, and outdoor media.
  • Collaborate with production teams, photographers, videographers, and external partners.

Strategic Planning

  • Work closely with account managers and strategists to align creative output with business goals.
  • Contribute to annual marketing strategies and campaign planning.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and agency growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of creative experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within an agency environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, social media, content creation, and integrated marketing projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, digital marketing, content strategy, and brand development.
  • Experience within hospitality, luxury, real estate, or lifestyle sectors is highly preferred.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
