Job Description Due to the continued success of our new school GEMS Founders School Dubai South, we are looking to recruit a Head of Science for August 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely intervention and support as needed.
• Collaborate with other department heads and school leadership to promote a cohesive educational experience.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Skills Successful candidates will need to:

• Hold a BEd or Bachelors degree in Science with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
• A creative and enthusiastic approach, both inside and outside the classroom.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills to work closely with colleagues, students and parents
• Have a proven track record of providing outstanding learning & teaching
• Have aspiration to work in a world-class school with real prospects for enhancing their career
