Head of Sales - Swimming Pool & Water Features (Kuwait)
About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join a reputable Swimming Pools and Water Feature Design & Contracting Company in Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Generate new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and government projects
- Manage client relationships from inquiry to contract closure
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales within swimming pools, water features or construction contracting
- Strong network in the Kuwait market (consultants, contractors, developers)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Valid driving license
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
