Overview
We are looking for a Head of Sales & Growth to grow a Dubai-based fashion (leather goods) brand, part of a reputable group of companies.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven individual with a strong sales background and an understanding of the fashion industry, who can elevate brand presence, generate sales, and build strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies
- Identify and secure brand partnerships
- Expand presence across retail, online, and third-party platforms
- Drive sales and new business opportunities
- Build and manage key relationships
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure strong brand positioning
Requirements
- Experience in business development (fashion or retail preferred)
- Strong sales background
- Experience with partnerships and brand growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and ability to take ownership
- Excellent in English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
