About This Role
Overview
Electra Bicycles is looking for an experienced and motivated Head of Sales Department to lead and develop our sales operations across retail, B2B, marketplaces, and strategic partnerships in the UAE.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in sales management, and the ability to build and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team and daily sales operations
- Develop and implement sales strategies and targets
- Increase B2B, retail, and online marketplace sales
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Coordinate with marketing and operations departments
- Train, motivate, and evaluate sales staff
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in retail, bicycles, sports, or luxury products is an advantage
- Knowledge of UAE market and business environment
- Experience with marketplaces such as Amazon and Noon is a plus
- Fluent in English & Arabic
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
