Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced

Head of Sales – Corporate (Travel & Tour Industry)

to join our team as part of our strategic growth and commercial expansion.

This role will focus on leading the corporate sales function, driving revenue growth, developing key client relationships, and strengthening the company's position within the corporate travel sector.

The successful candidate will oversee the corporate travel sales team, design and execute sales strategies, and ensure the delivery of high-quality travel solutions for corporate clients, including business travel, group movements, and Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Corporate Sales function within the Travel & Tours division, ensuring achievement of revenue and growth targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand corporate accounts and increase market share within the business travel sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, travel managers, and decision-makers.
  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of corporate travel solutions, including group bookings, business travel programs, and MICE arrangements.
  • Collaborate with airlines, hotels, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), and global travel partners to negotiate competitive rates and service agreements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the corporate sales team to ensure high performance and service excellence.
  • Ensure effective utilization of GDS systems and travel technologies to support efficient sales operations and reporting.
  • Review sales performance regularly and provide accurate forecasting and reporting to senior management.
  • Ensure all corporate accounts receive high-quality service delivery and maintain strong client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in corporate travel, travel sales, or the tourism industry, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving corporate sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing new business within the travel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate travel operations, including GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
  • Experience in handling MICE projects, corporate contracts, and large-scale travel programs.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
