Head of Sales role leading commercial growth for a recruitment business specializing in crypto and AI.
Own revenue strategy, lead a sales team, and shape client acquisition and growth across global markets.
Works with the Director and leadership team to set commercial direction.
What you’ll do
- Own sales and revenue strategy, setting targets, forecasts, and growth plans.
- Lead and develop the business development team and build a high-performance, accountable culture.
- Win and grow key accounts across crypto, AI, and technology companies.
- Drive business development in the US, MENA, and Europe and lead expansion into new markets.
- Build senior relationships with founders, CTOs, CEOs, and Heads of Talent; advise on hiring strategy.
- Advise clients on international hiring solutions, including contractor and employer-of-record options.
- Track pipeline, performance, and market trends and report results to senior leadership.
Essential requirements
- Proven sales experience with a track record in senior leadership.
- Experience selling B2B services in crypto, AI, and tech.
- Strong existing client network in crypto, AI, or tech.
- Track record of growing client relationships and meeting or exceeding revenue and billing targets.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills and confidence engaging C-level and founder-level stakeholders.
- Ability to win new business and build accounts from a standing start.
Nice to have
- Recruitment or executive-search experience is a plus.
