Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple programs
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
- Manage project teams, resources, schedules, and performance
- Identify and mitigate project risks and operational challenges
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and executive leadership
- Drive project governance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in project delivery, program management, or operations leadership
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
- Excellent planning, organizational, and communication abilities
- PMP or other project management certifications are an advantage
