We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Head of OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment)** to lead procurement, sourcing, inventory management, and operational readiness for hospitality and food & beverage operations.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in F&B, hospitality, catering procurement, or luxury hotel operations.
- Strong expertise in identifying, sourcing, and procuring high-quality operating supplies and kitchen equipment.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze costs, and implement inventory control systems to optimize operational efficiency and reduce expenses.
- Excellent negotiation skills with experience in procurement, contract management, and vendor sourcing.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage large multicultural teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Sound understanding of OS&E planning, logistics, and operational requirements for hospitality projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute OS&E procurement strategies.
- Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Manage procurement budgets and monitor expenditure.
- Oversee inventory planning, stock control, and distribution processes.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Lead and mentor procurement and logistics teams to achieve operational goals.
