Head of Global Transaction Advisory
About This Role
Position Overview
The Head of Global Transaction Advisory will oversee the origination, structuring, and execution of complex cross-border transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships. This executive role requires deep expertise in corporate finance, deal advisory, and value creation, with a mandate to deliver transformative growth and maximize shareholder value across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Deal Origination: Identify and pursue high-value opportunities across international markets.
- Transaction Structuring: Lead negotiations, financial modeling, and structuring of complex global transactions.
- Cross-Border Advisory: Provide strategic guidance on international regulatory, tax, and compliance frameworks.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with investors, regulators, and global partners.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with large-scale international deals.
- Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performing advisory team across multiple geographies.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- 12+ years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, or transaction advisory, with significant cross-border exposure.
- Proven track record in large-scale global deal execution.
- Strong knowledge of international regulatory frameworks and Qatar’s investment landscape.
- Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
Pay: QAR120.00 - QAR220.00 per hour
