M N R Real Estate L.L.C. is looking for an experienced **Telecaller / Telesales Executive** to join our team in Dubai.
This is a focused role where you will be directly assigned to **one real estate agent only**.
You will support the agent with client calls, lead follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and daily coordination.
What You Will Do
- Call potential clients and follow up on real estate inquiries
- Qualify leads and understand client requirements
- Schedule appointments and property viewings
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
- Coordinate daily with the assigned real estate agent
- Handle client communication professionally
- Help convert inquiries into qualified appointments
What We Are Looking For
- Prior UAE experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or real estate lead handling
- Real estate experience is preferred
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls daily
- Organized, confident, and target-driven
- Female candidates are encouraged to apply
- Own visa candidates are preferred
- Urdu/Hindi speaking candidates are preferred
- Must be available to join immediately

- Salary from **AED 2,500 to AED 3,000**, depending on experience
