Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive people strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Design and implement performance management frameworks and training programmes.
- Provide guidance on employee relations and foster a positive workplace environment.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations in all HR practices.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and solutions.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organisation.
The Successful Applicant A successful Head of People & Culture should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in the Media & Agency industry, particularly in Human Resources.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR policies, practices, and employment law.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organisational development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.
