Key responsibilities
- Lead company strategy, growth, and day-to-day operations across product, commercial, and partnerships functions.
- Build relationships with banks, merchants, and financial institutions to increase transaction volume and market share.
- Own the payments product roadmap and align it with merchant, customer, and regulatory needs.
- Drive customer and merchant acquisition, revenue growth, and commercial performance.
- Maintain compliance with Saudi Arabia's evolving payments regulatory environment.
- Build and lead teams across product, operations, business development, and partnerships.
- Represent the company with banks, regulators, investors, and strategic partners.
- Set the company's growth vision and execute against it.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in payments, fintech, digital banking, or a closely related field.
- Experience in at least one of electronic payments, payment gateways, merchant acquiring, digital payments, payment services, or digital banking.
- A proven track record leading a team, project, or business unit.
- A strong commercial and product mindset covering revenue, growth, customers, and partnerships.
- Familiarity with SAMA payments regulations.
- Readiness to step into an executive-level role and grow with the company.
Technical and business skills
- Payments and product skills include electronic payments, payment gateways, merchant acquiring, digital payments, and payment products.
- Business skills include partnerships with banks and financial institutions, business development, and growth strategy.
- Regulatory and fintech skills include SAMA payments regulations, fintech, and digital banking exposure.
