is a global private travel and lifestyle club designed for travellers who value their time, see travel as an investment, and value service above all else.

Role Overview

EDGE is looking for a senior brand, marketing and membership leader to shape the next phase of growth for the club.

This is not a conventional marketing role for a travel company.

The mandate is to build EDGE into an aspirational luxury ecosystem — one that brings together travel, culture, access, community, partnerships, content and high-touch member relationships.

The Head of Marketing & Membership will lead the overall marketing and membership growth function, overseeing brand strategy, content, CRM, campaigns, marketing IPs, PR, community engagement, brand collaborations, member growth, retention, and analytics.

This role will directly oversee and guide the Digital Marketing Manager, Community Manager & Brand Collaborations lead, and Graphic Designer and work in tandem with the Products team and Sales team.

The ideal candidate should understand how to build desire among high-net-worth audiences, create trust at every touchpoint, deepen member engagement, and protect the luxury perception of the brand as it scales.

1. Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Own and strengthen EDGE’s positioning as a Private Travel & Lifestyle Club, ensuring it remains distinct from a conventional luxury travel agency.
  • Define and maintain the brand’s tone of voice, storytelling standards, visual direction and communication benchmarks.
  • Ensure every touchpoint — social, website, email, WhatsApp, decks, PR, events and member communication — feels premium, intentional and on-brand.

2. Content, Social Media & Editorial Strategy

  • Lead EDGE’s content strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, website, newsletters, WhatsApp and other relevant formats.
  • Define content pillars across luxury travel intelligence, destinations, hotels, founder opinions, member stories, cultural discoveries and industry commentary.
  • Guide the Digital Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer on content calendars, campaign assets, design direction and storytelling formats.

3. CRM, Campaigns & Marketing IPs

  • Own CRM and lifecycle communication across prospects, members, partners and community audiences.
  • Lead campaign planning across brand, destination, partner, membership, community and seasonal themes.
  • Create and scale EDGE-owned marketing IPs such as travel edits, awards, destination evenings, private salons, content series, trend reports and founder-led formats.

  • Founder Brand Building, PR & External Visibility
  • Build the founder-led communication strategy across LinkedIn, newsletters, opinion pieces, founder notes, interviews, podcasts and PR opportunities.
  • Work with PR partners on media kits, founder quotes, press releases, award submissions, interviews and partner announcements.
  • Identify stories within EDGE that build its reputation as a tastemaker in luxury travel, community and modern membership.

5. Member Growth, Lead Funnel & Retention

  • Build a premium, high-trust journey for attracting, nurturing and converting the right members.
  • Own communication across inquiry, application, qualification, referral, waitlist, onboarding, renewal and re-engagement journeys.
  • Work with leadership and sales to improve inquiry quality, membership conversion, referrals, repeat trip inquiries and long-term retention.

6. Member Engagement & Community Experiences

  • Build engagement strategies that make members feel part of an active, valuable and desirable private club.
  • Create touchpoints around member benefits, travel inspiration, rewards, privileges, events and community moments.
  • Plan curated member events, salons, dinners, hotel showcases, travel previews, closed-door networking evenings and founder interactions.

7. Brand Collaborations & Strategic Partnerships

  • **Lead collaborations with tourism boards, luxury hotels, lifestyle brands and strategic partners.**
  • Identify relevant partners across hospitality, wellness, fashion, watches, banking, aviation, fine dining, art, real estate and concierge services.
  • Guide the Community Manager & Brand Collaborations lead on outreach, proposals, partner communication, deliverables, activations and post-campaign reporting.

8. Analytics, Team Leadership & Execution

  • Track performance across brand, content, CRM, campaigns, collaborations, membership, community and events.
  • Lead the Digital Marketing Manager, Community Manager & Brand Collaborations lead, and Graphic Designer, ensuring strong briefs, clear priorities and high-quality execution.
  • Work cross-functionally with leadership, sales, products, operations, partnerships and member-facing teams to align marketing and membership initiatives with business priorities.

Ideal Candidate

  • 8–12 years of experience across brand, marketing, content, CRM, partnerships, campaigns or community.
  • Strong understanding of luxury, high-net-worth audiences and premium consumer behaviour.
  • Ability to build brand equity, community engagement and commercially relevant collaborations.
  • Strong writing, storytelling and editorial sensibility.
  • Experience with CRM, lifecycle marketing, segmentation and member communication.
  • Ability to create and execute campaigns with tourism boards, hotels and lifestyle brands.
  • Experience leading teams across digital marketing, community, collaborations and design.
  • Strong eye for detail, aesthetics, language and presentation.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
