Job Description

Job Title : Head of Marketing

Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead the company’s overall marketing and branding initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, strengthening brand presence, identifying growth opportunities, and guiding the marketing team to achieve business objectives.

This role focuses on planning, leadership, and performance management rather than day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the company’s overall marketing and branding strategy.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide the marketing team to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Create innovative marketing plans to increase brand awareness and business growth.
  • Provide strategic direction for digital marketing activities, including SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and website development.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.
  • Identify new market opportunities, target audiences, and business development initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and company communications.
  • Collaborate with management to align marketing objectives with business goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support decision-making.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Review and approve marketing materials, campaigns, and branding initiatives before implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or marketing leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, website management, and brand development.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities.
  • Ability to drive business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Preferred Candidate

  • Strong knowledge of the UAE market and consumer trends.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative approach to branding and marketing.
  • Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
