**Gov** **ernance, Leadership & Operating Model Ownership**
- Own and govern the T0 requirements, ensuring FO requests, amendments, allocations, matching breaks and urgent items are triaged correctly.
- Oversee the daily T0 Dealer Assist functions rotation and SLA adherence (P1, P2, P3 structure).
- Drive cross‑expertise support, ensuring fungibility between FX/MM, Rates, Derivatives and Capital Market Teams teams.
- Ensure standardized templates, reply‑all governance and operating discipline are enforced.
2. End‑to‑End GM Trade Support Oversight
- Oversee booking, validation, affirmation and lifecycle management across complex derivatives (IRS, swaptions, FX options, exotic equity structures, structured notes, dual digitals, callable payoffs, commodity structures, etc.).
- Ensure accuracy of all trade economics, risk representation and regulatory fields across Murex, MarkitWire, Bloomberg and clearing platforms.
- Oversee rate fixings, option exercises, coupon events, substitutions, restructures, credit events and settlement activities.
3. Risk & P&L Control
- Lead EOD and intraday P&L integrity checks with Product Control, including day‑1 P&L explanations.
- Ensure risk representation is correct across all trades (Delta/Gamma/Vega exposures).
- Approve model approximations, temporary workarounds, lifecycle corrections and valuation overrides.
- Ensure flash P&L and daily reconciliation completeness.
4. Regulatory, Audit, and Compliance Oversight
- Ensure Relevant and mandatory clearing requirements are met, including UTI/UPI completeness.
- Govern confirmation timeliness (T+0 / T+1) and manage exceptions with counterparties.
- Face off external/internal auditors and ensure airtight documentation, controls and logs.
5. Stakeholder Management
- Act as senior escalation points for FO Trading, Sales, COO, Quants, Risk, Finance and IT.
- Build and maintain cross‑functional relationships to ensure continuous improvement and operational stability.
- Represent the MO in governance forums, audits, model approval discussions and regulatory reviews.
6. Process Improvement & Automation
- Drive automation initiatives (Power Automate, reconciliation tools, dashboards, auto lifecycle management).
- Lead UAT and business analysis for new system releases, market data changes and booking model enhancements.
- Identify emerging risks, control gaps and technology opportunities.
- **Qualifications & Experience**
- 10+ years in Derivatives MO/Trade Support across multi‑asset OTC and structured products.
- Deep knowledge of Murex, MarkitWire, Bloomberg, clearing workflows and lifecycle processing.
- Strong risk, P&L and valuation expertise (Delta, Vega, curves, vols, fixings).
- Proven experience leading teams and managing FO and senior stakeholder relationships.
