Lead and scale the Data & AI function for a government-backed organization in Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and scale the existing Data & AI team.
- Own the Data & AI strategy and technical roadmap.
- Lead production AI/ML, Generative AI, LLM, and Agentic AI solution delivery.
- Oversee modern data platforms, engineering, and AI architecture.
- Establish best practices across Data Engineering, AI/ML, and MLOps/LLMOps.
- Work with C-level stakeholders on priorities, investment, and delivery.
- Ensure solutions meet security, governance, and scalability requirements.
Requirements
- Strong experience leading Data & AI teams and building or scaling technical teams.
- Strong background across Data Engineering, AI/ML, and modern data architecture.
- Experience delivering AI/ML solutions into production.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication and senior stakeholder-management skills.
- Remain technically involved while leading at a strategic level.
