- تبحث المؤسسة عن رئيس الأمن السيبراني لقيادة استراتيجية أمن المعلومات وحماية الأنظمة والبيانات والبنية التحتية الرقمية من التهديدات السيبرانية. سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن تطوير سياسات الأمن، إدارة المخاطر السيبرانية، والاستجابة للحوادث الأمنية، مع ضمان الامتثال للمعايير واللوائح المحلية والدولية.
- المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية الأمن السيبراني للمؤسسة.
- حماية البنية التحتية التقنية والأنظمة والشبكات من التهديدات والهجمات.
- إدارة عمليات مراقبة الأمن واكتشاف التهديدات والاستجابة للحوادث.
- وضع سياسات وإجراءات أمن المعلومات والالتزام بها.
- إجراء تقييمات دورية للمخاطر الأمنية والثغرات.
- قيادة فريق الأمن السيبراني وتطوير قدراته.
- التنسيق مع الإدارات التقنية والإدارية لضمان أمن البيانات.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الأمن (مثل ISO 27001 وأطر الحوكمة).
- إدارة حلول الأمن مثل SIEM وFirewall وEDR.
- التعامل مع الحوادث الأمنية وإعداد تقارير ما بعد الحادث.
- بناء ثقافة الوعي الأمني داخل المؤسسة.
- المؤهلات المطلوبة
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الأمن السيبراني أو علوم الحاسب أو نظم المعلومات.
- خبرة من 8 إلى 12+ سنة في مجال الأمن السيبراني، منها خبرة قيادية.
- معرفة قوية بإدارة المخاطر السيبرانية والهجمات الإلكترونية.
- خبرة في أدوات وتقنيات الأمن (SIEM, SOC, IDS/IPS, EDR).
- شهادات مهنية مثل CISSP أو CISM أو CEH (ميزة قوية).
- مهارات قيادية واستراتيجية عالية.
- القدرة على التعامل مع الأزمات واتخاذ قرارات سريعة.
- المهارات المفضلة
