About This Role
The ideal candidate should combine strong enterprise analytics and AI transformation experience with hands-on expertise in:
• Web Analytics

• Audience Intelligence & Customer Analytics
• Conversion Optimization
• Digital Performance Measurement
• Executive Dashboarding & KPI Frameworks
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the organization’s AI & Analytics function and operating model
• Build unified audience intelligence and digital performance frameworks
• Drive AI-powered analytics and executive reporting initiatives
• Develop KPI governance and cross-platform reporting standards
• Deliver actionable insights across digital, social, web, and audience channels
• Support AI adoption and data-driven decision-making across the organization

Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in AI, Analytics, Audience Intelligence, or Digital Transformation leadership
• Strong experience with Azure, Databricks, Power BI, GA4, Adobe Analytics, and social platform analytics
• Experience building analytics functions, COEs, or enterprise reporting capabilities
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience within government or large enterprise environments is preferred
