Role overview
Lead the aftersales function for a multi-brand franchised automotive business operating in Jeddah and Riyadh.
Report to the General Manager and oversee service, parts, and workshop operations across both locations.
Own commercial performance, customer experience, operating standards, and manufacturer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Direct site leadership and maintain a strong understanding of operating performance.
- Work closely with the General Manager and OEM regional teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, profitability, and customer retention.
- Balance strategic leadership with close attention to day-to-day performance.
Candidate requirements
- At least 7–10 years of management experience in automotive aftersales.
- Experience leading an aftersales operation across multiple sites.
- Strong understanding of workshop, service, and parts operations.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including managing performance against targets.
- Build, develop, and hold teams accountable to high standards.
- Manage productive relationships with OEMs and other key stakeholders.
- A franchised and multi-brand background is preferred.
- Bring a decisive, pragmatic approach and confidence owning performance and improvement initiatives.
