The role aims to create memorable guest experiences through beverage service and hospitality.
The description refers to bartenders and their guest service and bar operations duties.
Role responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks while staying alert to new trends, local offerings, and guests’ needs.
- Provide guest service and act as a host beyond the bar itself.
- Keep the bar looking and functioning well and build relationships across the hotel and local community.
- Attend to cash handling, information provided to guests, and beverage quality.
- Follow safety and company procedures, protect company assets, maintain confidentiality, and perform reasonable assigned duties.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- At least one year of related work experience is preferred.
- No supervisory experience is listed as preferred or required; no license or certification is listed.
Work setting and physical requirements
- The job is at a specified hotel location in Dubai and is not remote.
- The work involves standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects up to 25 pounds without assistance.
