Head Coach And Gym Floor Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily gym floor operations and ensure high service standards.
• Lead, mentor, and support the fitness team.
• Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized training programs.
• Deliver high-quality personal training sessions.
• Plan and instruct engaging group fitness classes.
• Ensure members exercise safely with proper technique and equipment usage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional gym environment.
• Assist in achieving departmental goals, member retention, and revenue growth through personal training and fitness programs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar leadership or supervisory role.
• Recognized fitness certification (REPs UAE, ACE, NASM, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, strength training, and functional fitness.
• Experience in delivering both group fitness classes and personal training.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.
