**Job Title:** Front Desk Receptionist**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused **Front Desk Receptionist** to manage our reception area.
You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
Your primary responsibilities will include answering phone calls, handling inquiries, managing appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
- Respond to emails and inquiries promptly.
- Schedule and manage appointments or bookings.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Provide information about the company’s services and policies.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
- Handle customer complaints and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications are a plus).
- Proven experience as a front desk receptionist, office assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Customer service-oriented attitude.
Work Schedule
- Full-time
