TWST is hiring an experienced Head Barista to lead its coffee team and maintain high standards of coffee quality and service.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and train the barista team.
- Maintain consistent coffee quality and presentation.
- Set and monitor espresso recipes and brewing standards.
- Calibrate and maintain coffee equipment.
- Manage daily bar operations, cleanliness, and workflow.
- Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage.
- Support development of new coffee beverages.
- Deliver excellent customer experience and maintain standards during busy service periods.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Barista, Senior Barista, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of espresso, milk steaming, latte art, and brewing methods.
- Leadership and communication skills; ability to train and develop team members.
- Attention to quality, consistency, and detail; professional, positive, hands-on approach.
Pay
- AED 1,726.98–4,147.37 per month.

- Work is in person.
