**Salary:** AED 3,500 – AED 5,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced **Barista Expert & Head Barista** to lead our café operations and barista team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of specialty coffee, advanced latte art skills, and proven experience in team leadership and training.

This role is responsible for maintaining exceptional coffee quality, delivering outstanding customer service, and ensuring smooth daily café operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise daily café operations to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Prepare premium specialty coffee, including espresso-based beverages, V60, cold brew, and signature drinks.
  • Demonstrate advanced latte art while maintaining consistency in quality and presentation.
  • Develop innovative coffee recipes and seasonal beverage menus.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate barista team members.
  • Conduct coffee workshops, brewing demonstrations, cupping sessions, and calibration.
  • Maintain coffee equipment, ensuring proper cleaning, maintenance, and calibration.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock ordering and cost control.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and professionally resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during busy service periods.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, performance management, and team development.
  • Foster a positive work environment focused on excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards.

Requirements

  • Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
  • Minimum **3–5 years** of experience in cafés, restaurants, or the hospitality industry.
  • At least **2 years of experience** in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong expertise in specialty coffee brewing and extraction techniques.
  • Excellent latte art and beverage presentation skills.
  • Experience in barista training and team leadership.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Currently available in the UAE.
