F&B Supervisor

Overview

• F&B Supervisor (Able to join immediate)
• **Reporting to : Branch ManagerSpecific Roles and Responsibilities**
• **Managing restaurant staff's work schedules**
• **Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.**
• **Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.**
• **Monitoring the restaurants cash flow and settling outstanding bills**
• **Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.**
• **Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.**
• **Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations**
• **Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks**
• **Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching**
• **Receive complaints and resolve problems**
• **Maintain timekeeping and personnel records**
• **Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa**
• **Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises**
• **Ensure that all checklists, requisitions and proper opening and closing duties are completed for each shift.**
• **Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, to provide clear direction to the staff.**
• **Observe performance and encourage improvement where necessary**
• **Ensure staffing levels for all outlets are accurate based Event and business needs.**
• **To carry out all the roles and responsibilities of the junior level as and when required.**

Pre-Requisites

• Graduate in Hospitality, Travel and Tourism, or Hotel Management
• 3-5 years of minimum experience in a restaurant or related industry
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role within a restaurant or hotel
• Fluent in English (Speaking, Reading, Wiring)
• Character requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package -Word, Excel and Power Point
