Cocolily is hiring a Head Barista to lead its beverage program in Al Ain on a six-month contract.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise coffee bar operations, espresso calibration, and signature beverage quality.
- Train and mentor baristas on extraction, milk steaming, and latte art.
- Monitor beverage stock, manage daily inventory, and oversee machine maintenance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Barista or Senior Barista in specialty coffee concepts.
- Deep understanding of coffee beans, dialing in, brewing methods, and equipment care.
- Priority is given to candidates with a valid UAE residency visa.
- Immediate availability to join in Al Ain.
Pay
- Pay is up to AED 4,000 per month.
