Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's of Science degree in Engineering or related field
- A minimum 8 years of experience
- Excellent communication, teamwork, problem solving and presentation skills.
- Be able to work in global team environment
- Experience in requirements engineering/management process
- Able to learn to work with new technologies and systems
- Engineering analysis/analytical ability
- Project Planning and Leadership skills.
- General knowledge of electronic sensor/module/systems
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in the use of written and spoken English, with a focus on technical topics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Certification (PMI)
- 5 years of experience as Team Leader or Project Manager
- Experience with FMEA methods and tools (such as APIS IQ FMEA)
- Experience in root cause and DFSS techniques (is-is not, 5-why, DMAIC, 8D, 5-penny, fishbone/fault-tree analysis)
- Experience with Manufacturing SW implementation and Cyber security
