Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of engineering experience in a product release environment
- Intermediate level of design/development engineering experience in frames or chassis structural components
- Self-starter with strong leadership, communication skills, and demonstrated problem-solving ability
- Knowledgeable in regard to high strength steels, weld parameters, and GDT
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of frame or structural chassis component engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UG NX and Teamcenter
- DFSS Green or Black Belt
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Computer proficient (including spreadsheet, word processing, presentation and database applications)
