Role Overview
Oversee the delivery and performance of all technical and engineering services within the facility.
Responsible for ensuring reliable operations, effective maintenance, compliance with HSE standards, and high-quality service delivery.
Requires proven experience managing hard services and technical operations within high-rise towers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily hard services operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building maintenance.
- Lead and supervise maintenance and technical teams, ensuring efficient task allocation and performance.
- Develop and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
- Ensure all equipment, systems, and facilities operate safely and efficiently.
- Monitor contractors, suppliers, service quality, and maintenance performance.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, maintenance standards, and client expectations.
- Prepare reports, track KPIs, and identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency.
- Respond effectively to technical issues, breakdowns, and emergency maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with clients and other service teams to ensure smooth facility operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing hard services and technical operations within high-rise towers.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in Hard Services Management, preferably in high-rise towers.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Experience leading technical and maintenance teams.
- Good knowledge of HSE and preventive maintenance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
