Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Happiness Consultant based in the United Arab Emirates.
The Happiness Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring clients have a positive experience while accessing government-related services. commitment to service excellence will be essential to success in this role.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to provide outstanding assistance, build rapport, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of addressing and resolving customer concerns with efficiency and professionalism.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Adaptability and Professionalism: Skilled at working in a fast-paced environment while displaying a positive attitude and professionalism.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage transactions accurately and maintain data integrity.
- Experience in Government Transactions or Service-Oriented Roles is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
