Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the handover and commissioning activities for sports facilities, including coordination of all related systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and security.
- Develop and implement detailed commissioning and handover plans, ensuring alignment with project schedules and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives to ensure a seamless transition from construction to operational phases.
- Conduct inspections, functional testing, and performance verification to certify readiness for facility use.
- Prepare comprehensive handover documentation, commissioning records, and operation & maintenance manuals.
- Identify and resolve any deficiencies or non-conformance issues prior to handover.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations during handover and commissioning.
- Provide training and guidance to facility management teams to support efficient operation and maintenance.
