Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited college or university required. Advanced Certification as a Hand Therapist (CHT) required. An academic or professional doctorate degree is preferred (PhD, DSc, OTD).Current Arizona licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Current/Active Certification by the Hand Therapy Certification Commission (CHT). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required upon hire and must be valid for 90 days or greater from start date. Maintains Basic Life Support (BLS) competency.
