Role Description The Hairstylist role at Be Relax is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai.

The Hairstylist will provide professional hair services including cutting, styling, blow-drying, and treatments tailored to individual client needs, with a focus on travelers in an airport spa environment.

Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients, recommending suitable hair care solutions, Nails Service, and Massage Service.

The role also involves delivering attentive customer service, promoting Be Relax products and accessories, and collaborating with the spa team to ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays is required to support the operational hours of the airport location.

Qualifications

  • Strong Hair Styling and Hair Care skills, including cutting, blow-drying, and specialized treatments.
  • Experinace in Nails and Massage is an advantage.
  • Foundational knowledge of hair treatments.
  • Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming and relaxing client experience.
  • Clear and professional Communication skills to consult with clients, explain services, and recommend products.
  • Relevant professional experience in salons, spas, or similar environments; airport or hospitality experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and adapt to a fast-paced, international, travel-focused setting.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to hygiene, safety, and industry best practices.
  • Flexibility with scheduling, including availability for shifts, weekends, and holidays.
