About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and professional Hairdresser for our lady's salon to provide high-quality hair services while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate must be experienced in cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments, and must maintain salon standards, hygiene, and professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform hair services including haircutting, styling, blow-drying, coloring, and treatments
- Conduct client consultations to understand preferences and recommend suitable styles
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, equipment, and work area
- Follow salon policies, service procedures, and management instructions
- Ensure customer satisfaction and professional service at all times
- Promote salon services and hair care products when required
- Stay updated with hair trends, techniques, and products
- Work cooperatively with team members to ensure smooth salon operations
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hairdresser
- Strong technical skills in cutting, styling, coloring, and hair treatments
- Knowledge of salon hygiene and safety standards
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Hairdressing certification or diploma is an advantage
