Overview
We are currently seeking a **Gypsum Foreman** to lead and manage gypsum installation teams on commercial and/or residential construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience with gypsum board systems, and the ability to oversee job site operations to ensure high-quality work, safety compliance, and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of gypsum/drywall crews
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Ensure proper installation of gypsum board systems (walls, ceilings, partitions, etc.)
- Monitor quality control and ensure work meets company standards
- Plan and schedule work to meet project deadlines
- Maintain safety and cleanliness on the job site
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors
- Train and mentor junior workers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
Experience
- GYPSUM FOREMAN: 4 years (Preferred)
