Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Gypsum Foreman with valid driving license to lead our drywall installation teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gypsum board installation, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the gypsum installation team.
- Read and interpret blueprints, project specifications, and technical drawings.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Train and mentor crew members on installation techniques and safety practices.
- Schedule and manage project timelines to meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, labor, and project progress.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Gypsum Foreman or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of drywall installation techniques and materials.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- OSHA certification preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
