Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome gym members and visitors with a positive and professional attitude.

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a helpful and courteous manner.

Assist with membership registrations, renewals, payments, and general inquiries.

Schedule appointments for fitness classes and personal training sessions.

Provide information on gym services, facilities, programs, and membership options.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

Handle basic administrative and front desk duties.

Address member requests, concerns, and feedback promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with team members to support daily gym operations.

Ensure compliance with gym policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment.

Monitor the cleanliness and presentation of the gym, changing rooms, and common areas.

Clean and sanitize gym equipment, including machines, weights, and exercise mats.

Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.

Report any repairs, safety concerns, or operational issues to the appropriate team.

Support a positive member experience by maintaining a friendly, professional, and service-oriented approach.
