Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and lead end-to-end learning and development programmes aligned with organisational goals and brand standards.
  • Build and manage a structured training calendar encompassing technical, behavioural, and leadership development topics.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars across all departments.
  • Lead the onboarding and induction experience for new hires, ensuring a smooth and impactful integration into the organisation.
  • Partner with department heads to conduct training needs analyses and develop targeted learning solutions.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance data, and continuously refine programmes accordingly.
  • Oversee and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate records, content updates, and user engagement.
  • Drive leadership development initiatives and succession planning programmes in collaboration with HR leadership.
  • Manage relationships with external training providers and vendors, ensuring quality and value of delivery.
  • Prepare L&D reports, dashboards, and insights for senior management review.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the property.
  • Align individual development plans with performance management cycles and business objectives.
