Gym Manager - Personal Trainer
Our client, a premium private gym in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia , is seeking a Gym Manager - Personal Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions, build strong client relationships, and support members in achieving their fitness goals while contributing to the gym's overall growth.
In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for clients, providing personalized programs, ensuring a results-driven experience, and supporting membership growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct fitness assessments and understand client goals
Design and deliver personalized training programs
Ensure proper exercise technique and client safety
Track client progress and adjust programs as needed
Build strong client relationships to enhance retention
Provide basic guidance on lifestyle and wellness
Maintain a clean and professional training environment
Support gym growth through client acquisition and promotion of training services
Assist in driving membership sales and engagement initiatives
Contribute to gym marketing and outreach activities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field (preferred)
0–2 years of experience in personal training or fitness coaching
Fluency in English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on client acquisition and retention
Motivated, energetic, and client-focused attitude
