Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe and timely transportation services for guests to various destinations within and outside the Qiddiya premises.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the company vehicle at all times.
- Assist guests with luggage and offer a high level of customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Adhere strictly to traffic rules and regulations to ensure guest safety.
- Coordinate with the Guest Services team to manage schedules and meet guest transportation needs effectively.
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and vehicle maintenance activities.
- Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly to the relevant department.
- Uphold a professional appearance and conduct reflective of the Qiddiya brand values.
