Guest Service Attendant

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and clean golf carts, maintain cart areas, and support bag drop operations.
• Maintain the driving range, chipping green, range ball inventory, and related equipment.
• Handle bags, clean clubs, explain course policies, and assist with the start of play.
• Support tournaments, outings, golf club rentals, food and beverage activities, and daily projects.
• Assist with clubhouse, cart storage, parking lot, cleaning, sanitation, and stock duties.
• Follow safe work practices and maintain reliable attendance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to read and speak English may be required for customer and coworker communication.
• Less than a high school education, up to one month of related experience or training, or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to perform frequent standing and walking and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Working Environment

• Work frequently occurs outdoors and in wet or humid conditions.
• The role may involve moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, or cleaning chemicals.

Compensation

• Pay is 17.00 USD to 18.00 USD per hour.
