Responsibilities

• Manage reception, phone calls, emails, appointments, and meetings.
• Guide visitors to the appropriate departments or contacts.
• Monitor guest feedback, support customer satisfaction initiatives, and maintain visitor interaction records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain smooth front-office operations and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong guest relations, customer satisfaction, and customer service skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication in a multicultural environment.
• Reception experience with greeting guests, managing calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
• Professionalism, diplomacy, and confidentiality when handling information.
• Ability to work on-site in Doha and support peak visitor times and special events.
• Proficiency with basic office software and telephone systems; hospitality or corporate front-office experience is advantageous.
• Fluent English is required; Arabic or additional languages are beneficial.
• A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
