The Food & Beverage Guest Relations Executive supports guests during dining by building connections, anticipating needs, and creating memorable experiences.
Responsibilities
- Engage guests in a friendly manner and proactively make their dining experience special.
- Learn menu items, promotions, and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
- Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and deliver completed orders promptly.
- Keep the food service station stocked, clean, and organized.
- Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate hospitality, integrity, teamwork, leadership, ownership, and accountability.
- Bring urgency and discipline to daily work.
