Deliver guest service from check-in through check-out as a primary point of contact.
Help ensure guest comfort, resolve issues promptly, and provide personalized service aligned with hotel standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests on arrival in a warm, professional manner.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Coordinate special guest requests, including room preferences, occasions, and amenities.
- Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments to support guest satisfaction.
- Maintain current knowledge of hotel policies, promotions, and room availability.
- Record guest feedback and contribute to improving guest satisfaction scores.
- Anticipate guest needs and offer proactive assistance.
- Promote hotel services, facilities, and upgrades when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Russian and English.
- At least 2 years of customer-facing experience; hospitality or front office experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Additional languages are a plus.
