Guest Experience Experts deliver a memorable guest experience and provide services throughout the guest's stay.
The role is full time, non-management, and not remote; the location is the Four Points by Sheraton on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Process operational needs, respond to guest requests, and complete reports.
- Share highlights of the local area with guests.
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles and transporting luggage to rooms or the designated bell area.
Work requirements
- The role involves extended periods standing, sitting, or walking and moving through stairs, service ramps, and confined or elevated spaces.
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds without assistance and up to 100 pounds with assistance; bend, twist, reach, push, and pull as needed.
- Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, uphold quality and safety standards, and maintain professional appearance and communications.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience, supervisory experience, or license/certification is specified.
