Responsibilities and service standards

• Support guest arrival and departure experiences.
• Address guest requests and complete operational tasks and reports.
• Share highlights of the local area with guests.
• Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality and safety standards.
• Maintain professional uniform, appearance, and communications; perform other reasonable duties as requested.

Preferred qualifications and physical demands

• A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
• The role involves standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and hands-on movement of objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and over 75 pounds with assistance.
