Qualifications
- Has built pipeline-generation systems end to end, from sourcing through enrichment, scoring, routing, and measurement, with results you can quantify.
- Sources data the hard way: web scraping and search APIs (such as ZenRows or Serper, or your own scrapers) to build lists that do not exist off the shelf.
- Connects systems directly with APIs and webhooks and with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier; writes SQL and enough Python or JavaScript to fill the gaps.
- Designs scoring logic you can defend: chooses the inputs and weightings, explains why, and validates them against real outcomes.
- Deep, hands-on Clay expertise, and has shipped at least one AI or LLM workflow to production for a revenue team, with guardrails.
- Works as a partner to business development and marketing rather than a ticket queue, and can hold an argument about B2B demand channels.
