Company and team

Gorgias builds an AI agent platform for ecommerce sales, support, and customer re-engagement.

The GTM Engineering team builds AI agents, internal cockpits, and automations for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships.

Agents run on a shared context layer called Cortex; business teams own outputs and people review exceptions.

Role overview

Own AI agents for GTM workflows, moving processes from manual work to reviewed agents while maintaining quality.

The role involves quickly shipping agents, debugging GTM workflows independently, and supporting business adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Build end-to-end GTM workflows across the context layer, repositories, MCPs, and automation tools.
  • Create custom agents and reusable agent skills on Cortex or through custom builds.
  • Maintain agents for outbound replies, audience and call-list building, enrichment, event follow-up, and referral routing.
  • Assess workflow backlogs and choose agent, automation, or manual solutions with reviewable outputs.
  • Tune agents, analyze conversations and performance, fix regressions, and document edge cases.
  • Debug GTM tools and fix workflow root causes.
  • Integrate agents using APIs, n8n, Clay, or custom code; manage credentials centrally.
  • Help Sales and Customer Success teams adopt agents and learn to supervise their outputs.
  • Coordinate with GTM engineering colleagues to maintain clean CRM data.

Required qualifications

  • At least three years in technical GTM, RevOps, or growth engineering, with production automations to demonstrate.
  • Hands-on LLM application experience, including prompt design, tool or function calling, and output-quality review.
  • Solid SQL and Python or JavaScript skills, plus comfort with REST APIs.
  • Working knowledge of an outbound or engagement tool such as Cargo, Dust, Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, or Customer.io.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong business judgment about when an agent should draft or act, and ownership from idea to live workflow.

Preferred qualifications

  • Custom agent-building experience is a plus.
  • Modern data-stack familiarity, such as BigQuery, dbt, Segment, Airbyte, or Hightouch, is a plus.
  • Experience with n8n, Clay, or a similar automation tool is a plus.
  • French is a plus for the Paris team.

Perks and benefits

  • Five weeks of vacation plus two weeks of RTT, subject to each country's appropriate paid-time-off laws.
  • Paid sick leave and 16 weeks of paid parental leave.
  • MacBook Pro and a personal lunch credit card.
  • Private health insurance.
  • Up to €700 for a home workstation setup.
  • Up to €2,000 annually for learning materials and wellness support, including €1,500 for learning and €500 for wellness.
