• ****About The Role****
• You'll design and build the systems and automation that power our go-to-market engine.
• This is a hands-on systems engineering role focused on building scalable, AI-enabled revenue infrastructure.
• You'll own the technical layer that connects our data, tools, and workflows, and work closely with Sales and CS to make sure what you build actually moves the business.
• This is not a Salesforce admin or a Clay enrichment role.
• ****What You’ll Do****
• Architect the GTM systems that scale us
• Design and build the systems that power how we find, win, and retain customers
• You'll have real ownership: what we build, how it fits together, and how it scales
• Engineer the solutions, not just configure them
• Build internal tools, API integrations, and custom automation logic
• Work within our existing stack: Attio, Polytomic, Default, Trigger.dev, GitHub
• Continuously evaluate new tools and bring in what moves the needle
• Put AI & Automation to work
• Design and deploy AI agents across the GTM motion (e.g., account research, pre-call intelligence, personalised outreach)
• Wire it directly into our operational systems so it changes how the team works
• Power decisions with data
• Design the GTM data model (accounts, contacts and opportunities)
• Build and manage data pipeline, enrichment and integrations across the stack
• Be the bridge
• Partner with Sales, CS and Finance to translate GTM strategy into scalable systems
• Ship v1 fast, gather real-world feedback, and iterate

Background & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in technical roles. This would ideally be GTM / Revenue, but we’re very open to candidates with different experiences (e.g., FDE) and a GTM / Revenue interest
• Experience designing and scaling systems in a high-growth company
• Proven AI deployment experience (e.g., automations, agents, workflows)
• (Nice to have) Proficiency in SQL and TypeScript

• Comfortable picking up our current tech stack and new tools fast
