- ****About The Role****
- You'll design and build the systems and automation that power our go-to-market engine.
- This is a hands-on systems engineering role focused on building scalable, AI-enabled revenue infrastructure.
- You'll own the technical layer that connects our data, tools, and workflows, and work closely with Sales and CS to make sure what you build actually moves the business.
- This is not a Salesforce admin or a Clay enrichment role.
- ****What You’ll Do****
- Architect the GTM systems that scale us
- Design and build the systems that power how we find, win, and retain customers
- You'll have real ownership: what we build, how it fits together, and how it scales
- Engineer the solutions, not just configure them
- Build internal tools, API integrations, and custom automation logic
- Work within our existing stack: Attio, Polytomic, Default, Trigger.dev, GitHub
- Continuously evaluate new tools and bring in what moves the needle
- Put AI & Automation to work
- Design and deploy AI agents across the GTM motion (e.g., account research, pre-call intelligence, personalised outreach)
- Wire it directly into our operational systems so it changes how the team works
- Power decisions with data
- Design the GTM data model (accounts, contacts and opportunities)
- Build and manage data pipeline, enrichment and integrations across the stack
- Be the bridge
- Partner with Sales, CS and Finance to translate GTM strategy into scalable systems
- Ship v1 fast, gather real-world feedback, and iterate
Background & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in technical roles. This would ideally be GTM / Revenue, but we’re very open to candidates with different experiences (e.g., FDE) and a GTM / Revenue interest
- Experience designing and scaling systems in a high-growth company
- Proven AI deployment experience (e.g., automations, agents, workflows)
- (Nice to have) Proficiency in SQL and TypeScript
- ****Skills & Traits****
- Able to work with non-technical stakeholders and translate needs into solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable picking up our current tech stack and new tools fast

Compensation
100,00 -130,000 GBP + equity and benefits!
Our compensation philosophy is to hire the best people in the market and pay them accordingly with salary, variable, and equity.
